CREDENTIALS
Lynn has worked with hundreds of teams in more than 20 countries and specialises in enabling teams to move towards high performance. She creates bespoke sessions which are both active and engaging. They offer team members practical knowledge and skills to improve their performance. As a skilled facilitator and accredited mediator, Lynn also ensures that each team has the space and opportunity to discuss and resolve issues that are blocking the team achieving high performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Lynn has an MA in the Behavioural Sciences and is an accredited mediator and a trained RELATE counsellor and has undertaken more than 500 supervised hours as a coach and mentor. She has a diploma in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and draws on her training in Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and the Psychodynamic approach.
Lynn is qualified to administer and interpret MBTI (Steps 1 and 2) and the Bar – On EQi- 125 (Emotional Intelligence Assessment tool).
EXPERIENCE & RECOGNITION
Lynn has over 25 years’ experience as a business coach, helping people develop themselves as leaders or as effective members of teams. She co-founded and was a director for eleven years at Oakridge Training and Consulting which became a global consultancy. During this time she was the project leader for Oakridge's Managing Change initiative with Unilever which was delivered to over 1,600 delegates in 19 countries. Lynn also designed and implemented a successful mentoring scheme for a major utilities company that became the subject of an article in Strategic HR Review.
Lynn has won nine awards - the latest was in 2018 from Vistage International Award as an "Outperformer " for her work with CEOs and MD’s throughout the UK. She also won in 2016 an award from Vistage for going "above and beyond" what is expected of a speaker. In 2014 Lynn won the award of Overseas Speaker of the Year from The Executive Connection (TEC) Australia and in that same year was designated a Master Speaker.
