WOW !!! – What a superb course this was – I can honestly say it was the best 2 hours I’ve spent training recently. Lynn Leahy, who can add me to her list of fans, has a style of training which definitely leaves you wanting more – I could have stayed all day. Lynn’s real life examples clearly identified where I can further develop my own skills, but, equally importantly, I could see that others view “their world” completely differently. I will be changing my behaviours in an effort to create even better (!) relationships.

– Bring psychological and behavioral theory to life with practical examples
– Provide immediately usable techniques and strategies gathered from her wide  experience
– Facilitate skill exchange between team members

BOOKING A SESSION

Lynn works with teams of every level from C-Level to shop floor and creates bespoke sessions based on objectives set by the client.

 

After an initial brief she will offer draft proposed learning objectives. Lynn will then work in partnership with the client to use formats and techniques which best match their goals, team culture and budget.
